- You must sign a listing agreement for a term no less than 6 months.
- You must list your home at a price will be competitively priced using the market statistics for the prior three to six months.
- You must allow access during all business hours* for qualified buyers.
- You must make yourself available for all contract paperwork within 12 business hours of receiving communication from us.
- Keep your home ready for showings during business hours*.
- Allow showings with a maximum courtesy call time of 1 hour.
- Notify us if you will be out of town for longer than 48 hours.
- Provide at least 3 methods of contact to us.
WE PROMISE TO DO ALL OF THE FOLLOWING DURING OUR LISTING AGREEMENT
- Return all phone calls**, emails, text messages within 3 Business hours*.
- Sent you a MLS marketing and pricing report and a CSS showing report before the 5th of every month.
- Get feedback from all buyers who view your home and send it to you within 12 business hours* of the showing.
- Provide you with 5 phone numbers, 3 emails, and 2 text lines to contact us. And a toll free 800 number.
If we fail to achieve any of our promises we will discount our commission $100 for each incident.
